Information collected automatically. When you visit modernplumbingpdx.com, our web hosting and analytics systems automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page. Modern Plumbing PDX retains contact and service inquiry information for five (5) years from the date of last contact, consistent with Oregon contractor record-keeping requirements under ORS Chapter 701. After five years, personal data is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active service dispute remains unresolved.
Google Analytics 4 data is retained for 14 months under our GA4 account settings, after which it is automatically deleted from Google’s servers.

If we deny your request, we will explain the basis for the denial and inform you of your right to appeal that decision to the Oregon Attorney General under ORS 646A.574.
This website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and Modern Plumbing PDX does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us, and we will promptly delete it.
